Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only, from Medford, Oregon. Every order ships with tracking. Shipping is free on orders over $200 (after discounts); below that a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, weather and holidays.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where helpful. We review each claim and may offer a replacement, refund or store credit.

Returns

Because laboratory materials require controlled handling and storage, some products cannot be returned after delivery. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first; we'll confirm whether a return is possible. Full details are in section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.
