By purchasing from Alanine Labs, you represent that you are purchasing products for legitimate laboratory, analytical, or research purposes and that you have the knowledge, facilities, and qualifications appropriate for handling the materials you order.
2. Research Use Only
Products offered by Alanine Labs are supplied exclusively for laboratory research, analytical testing, and in-vitro research applications.
Our products are:
- Not for human consumption or administration.
- Not for veterinary use.
- Not to be used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Not for use as food, drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or household products.
- Not for use outside appropriate laboratory or research environments.
Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are handled, stored, transported, and used appropriately and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and laboratory safety procedures.
3. No Medical Advice
Information provided on the Alanine Labs website is intended solely for general product identification, technical reference, and research-related informational purposes.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, treatment guidance, dosing instructions, prescribing information, or a recommendation for human or veterinary use.

5. Analytical Documentation
Where applicable, Alanine Labs may provide Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”), Safety Data Sheets (“SDSs”), or other supporting laboratory documentation.
Documentation applies only to the specific product or production lot identified in the applicable document and should not be interpreted as authorization for any use outside the product's stated research purpose.
6. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, restrict, or limit an order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product availability, pricing errors, unusual ordering activity, suspected prohibited use, regulatory concerns, or violations of these Terms.
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. An order may be cancelled before shipment when reasonably necessary.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will generally be refunded using the original payment method when possible.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Alanine Labs may modify product prices, promotions, discounts, shipping charges, or other fees at any time. Changes will not ordinarily affect orders already completed and accepted.

8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guarantees of delivery by a particular date.
Processing or delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, product availability, address issues, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Alanine Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact Alanine Labs as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when appropriate.
Claims will be evaluated individually, and we may request additional information before issuing a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.
10. Returns and Refunds
Because many laboratory materials require controlled handling and storage conditions, certain products may not be eligible for return after delivery.
Products should not be returned without prior authorization from Alanine Labs.
Eligibility for refunds, replacements, or returns may depend on factors including product condition, order accuracy, shipping damage, timing of the request, and whether the product can safely be returned to inventory.

11. Purchaser Responsibility
Before purchasing any product, you are responsible for determining whether possession, purchase, storage, transportation, handling, or use of that product is permitted in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your intended research activities.
You are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, approvals, training, facilities, equipment, or other authorizations that may be required for your activities.
Alanine Labs does not represent that every product is appropriate or lawful for every purchaser, institution, research project, state, country, or jurisdiction.
